Product description:
This product is a two-component super high temperature inorganic silicon carbide coating material,curing at room temperature,it can form dense wear resistant protective layer after more than 300 ¡æ high temperature,
high temperature resistant,abrasion resistant,impact resistant,often used in boiler furnace,repairing the equipment inner lining of cement rotary kiln after it is damaged,can also be used for the preparation the pre-protective
coating of the new equipment.It can withstand temperature up to 1800¡æ,and wear resistance is 5 times more than the refractory mortar.

How to use:
1.Surface treatment: Do coarsening treatment on the pending repair part,grinding with angle grinder or sand blasting etc,the surface after coarsening treatment should be cleaned,the surface after this treatment should be
the one coarsening,dry and fresh substrates,should be no greasy dirt and dust.
2.Preparation: According to weight ratio A:B=5:1,make A and B two components mix and stir uniformly,and the prepared materials should be used up within the specified operation time limit.(that is,used up before the material
starts to become sticky),the tacky and hardened material can't be reused.
3.Coating: The suitable coating thickness of BD768 coating is 10 to 20mm,when the required thickness exceeds 30mm,layer by layer coating shall be adopted for construction.Make the mixed prepared materials be coating on the
pending repair part,the each layer should be compacted,make it infiltrates fully with the substrates.The thickness of each layer should be controlled under 20mm,spread coating the next layer after the upper layer drying,the application time
of the front and back two layers is depends on the construction temperature and coating thickness,the final surface should be repaired flat and beautiful.(this material is not suitable for mechanical processing,attention should be paid to control
the coating thickness)
Curing:After the completion of construction,it can be put into use after curing for 24 hours at room temperature 25¡æ,it can be put into use after heating it up to the temperature of 90¡æ and keep this temperature for 4 hours,it can be put into use
after heating it up to the temperature of 350¡æ and keep this temperature for 2 hours.
Packing specification:
Packed in a plastic drum,10Kg/set or 20Kg/set.
Transportation storage:
1.Sealed storage in a cool and dry place,the warranty period is 12 months.
2.Avoid placing it upside down,knocking against and transporting it as a non-dangerous product during transportation.
Special version:
1. This parameter is for laboratory conditions,it is only for your reference,due to the actual working condition is more complex,suggest the users to do the pretest according to actual working condition.
2. The products before curing will have a slight chemical reaction with the metal,it will make the metal surface be passivation.
3. The equipment can not be put into normal operation until the coating is completely dry, otherwise the service life of the coating will be affected.
